Armor
Armor Base Layering
- Prime with Leadbelcher
- First coat with Iron Hands Steel
- Paint downward sides and bottom half with a thinned layer of Grey Knights Steel
- Fill Armor Joint with Abaddon Black
- Paint the shoulderplates and any insignia with Retributor Armour
Armor Shading
- Use Drakenhof Nightshade for any Armor Crevices and possible shades (or downfacing edges)
- For the insignia use Reikland Fleshshade to fill in the gaps between them to highlight the writings
Armor Highlighting
- To highlight the insignia use a very small drybrush with Liberator Gold to slighty paint the top edges
- Use Stormhost Silver to paint every edges of the armor that are in the light
- For the Armor Joints use Eshin Grey to hightlight the top edges that were painted black, wo even make this effect stronger you can use Dawnstone to make the edges even lighter
Stormbolter
- Use Abaddon Black as main color of the stormbolter.
- Lighten the edges with Dark Reaper , it should be a little bit over the edges more. As for the lighter Highlight use Fenrisian Grey for the exact edge.
- The rest can be let Leadbelcher with some accents of Retributor Armour and Liberator Gold as Highlights
