- Basecoat with black, zenithal highlight and drybrush with white.
- Armour basecoat dark areas with Black Templar and lighter areas (chest piece, portions of the shield) with Iron Warriors . Then drybrush lightly with Necron Compound . Shade with Druchii Violet dilute with Lahmian Medium 1:2. Then drybrush again, now concentrating on focus areas (helmet, chest piece)
- Cape. Basecoat with Barak-Nar Burgundy . Then highlight with Gal Vorbak Red , Khorne Red and finally with Evil Sunz Scarlet
- Eyes (helmet, shield, chest) basecoat with Khorne Red and small dots with Evil Sunz Scarlet
- Weapon. Basecoat with Black Templar lighter areas with Iron Warriors . Shade with Nuln Oil and drybrush with Necron Compound
