Camouflage tank recipe

  1. Spray the whole tank in Grey Seer
  2. Spray the whole tank in Tallarn Sand
  3. Mask 1/3 of the tank in masking putty for camouflage effect
  4. Spray the whole tank in Dryad Bark
  5. Mask another 1/3 of the tank in masking putty
  6. Spray the whole tank in Castellan Green
  7. Remove the masking putty from the whole model
  8. Apply decals using Micro Set
  9. Apply weathering damage with a sparingly with a sponge, using Rhinox Hide or a 1:1 mix of Dryad Bark and Mournfang Brown
  10. Apply lighter weathering damage over the previous step, using Leadbelcher
  11. Spray Munitorum Varnish over the whole model
  12. Paint the tank tracks in Black Templar
  13. Apply Armageddon Dust to the tank tracks and wheels
  14. Make an oil wash of Burnt Umber oil paint (used Cass Art Artists oil colour). Wash most of the model in this.
