Flesh

1. Airbrush with Carroburg Crimson from beneath
2. Coat with Streaking Grime
3. Wait ~25 minutes
4. Wipe away with a brush and mineral spirits

Tongue

1. Basecoat with Gal Vorbak Red
2. wash with Nuln Oil

Teeth/Horns

1. Basecoat with Karak Stone
2. Wash with Agrax Earthshade

Pink Crystals/Flame

1. Airbrush on and around the area with Heavy Violet
2. Spray near the center of the area with Squid Pink
3. Spray closest to the center with White
4. Spray over the white with Fluorescent Pink
5. Line the base of the area with White
