How to paint crimson fists
A guide on how to paint the crimson fists chapter of space marines
Undercoat the model with a spray of Chaos Black . After this apply Abaddon Black over the model to cover any places you may have missed. 
Layer some Kantor Blue onto the blue armour, avoiding black undercoat in the recesses. You will need atleast 2 coats of this. If you accidentally cover the recesses, thin some Abaddon Black and carefully paint it back into the recessed parts of the armour.
