Paint this white recipe AFTER the rest of the mini is complete. Premix the Contrast mixture before beginning. Painting the Lahmian Medium before the Contrast mixture helps the Contrast mixture diffuse smoothly, eliminating tide marks and brush strokes. To ensure the Contrast mixture is painted over wet Lahmian Medium paint the white in small sections.

Wet Basecoat

1. Basecoat Lahmian Medium .

Contrast Basecoat

Paint this whilst the later is still wet. This is essential.

1. Basecoat 1:2 Lahmian Medium and Apothecary White .

Shading

This step can be done multiple times. Ensure previous layers are completely dry first.

1. Paint Lahmian Medium in to shadow areas.
2. Paint 1:2 Lahmian Medium and Apothecary White in to shadows.

Layering

1. Layer 1:1 Water and White Glaze .

Highlighting

1. Highlight White Star .
