Armour

Everything "white" related to the Deathwing Armour

1. Basecoat with the stipple Method and Build up the layers. The paint is mixed 50:50 with water. First Mournfang Brown . Second XV-88 Third Leather Brown but you can also use Balor Brown Fourth Morghast Bone : and start to fokus more on the highlight areas and stipple more dense compared to the other areas. Finally only focus on the highlight areas for that mix Morghast Bone : with a little bit of Wraithbone
2. Weathering - Sponge Chipping with Rhinox Hide or Black also add some scratches
3. Shading - Seraphim Sepia Panellining with Agrax Earthshade. Alternatively Sepia Wash but in a 50:50 mix with water
4. Highlighting

Cloth/Tabard

This parts are painted green. Like the robe and tabard or parts of the shield. It is more on the blue side of the green. Also paint everything in a stipple method to get more structure.

1. Base Lupercal Green Then: 50:50 of Sons of Horus Green and Kabalite Green Finish with additional Ice Yellow

Leather

1. Rhinox Hide + Mournfang Brown + Balor Brown

Gold

Armour

1. Base with Black and then Decayed Metal Accesscories (Grip on the Weapon, Keys) :RustyGold from AK
2. Wash with Ratling Grime
3. Drybrush with Peridot Alchemy Very final mix a bit Runefang Steel and brush again

Final Highlights

1. Optional: Matt Varnish over the complete Mini
2. Mix 60:40 Water with paint and bring back the highlights with Morghast Bone and go up to Wraithbone as final and edge highlights. Scratchy method should be used. Very thin paint. For the very final highlights add a tiny bit of White Scar to Wraithbone
