Prep

1. Sub Assembly: assemble the model into as few sub-assemblies as possible as you feel comfortable with.
2. Pose: this kit comes with 3 official builds detailed in the instructions. Feel free to go wild and pose it as you like there are plenty of conversions on the internets to spark your imagination if you wanna try something different. I’ve built a few and want to make this one a bit more unique. Also be able to stand in for a Spirit of Durthu if I need it.

“Soft”Wood

1. Even(ish) coat of Skeleton Horde
2. Layer with Morghast Bone
3. Layer Screaming Skull

“Armor” wood

1. Base coat with Mournfang Brown
2. Heavy drybrush with Skrag Brown
3. Drybrush with Deathclaw Brown
4. Even coat with 1:2 mix of Goregrunta Fur: Lahmian Medium
5. Re-drybrush with Skrag
6. Re-drybrush with Deathclaw

Glowing Runes

1. Basecoat face/carefully paint in runes White
2. Tesseract Glow over the white

Branches & Twigs

1. Elysian Green
2. Athenian Camoshade
3. Elysian Green
