Prime Chaos Black and apply a Basecoat of Khorne Red
SKIN: Apply shades with thin glazes of Kantor Blue ; that's valid with airbrush or regular brush. From then on I moved to brush work.
Bring back the Khorne Red blending it inside the Kantor Blue .
Glaze highlight with Mayhem Red bringing up the muscles.
Highlight again with Baal Crimson covering up to 60/70% of the previous red.
Edge highlight with Beherit Red where needed, like veins or muscles in evidence.
Final edge highlight with Kislev Flesh part of the veins
WINGS: Basecoat Incubi Darkness
Shade with Nuln Oil
Glaze highlight with Arphen Jade covering up to 80%, then Kabalite Green and edge highlight with Sybarite Green
BONES: Basecoat with any black, then cover with Gorthor Brown . Drybrush with Baneblade Brown . Layer with Karak Stone and edge with Ushabti Bone
CHAIN: Basecoat with Thunderhawk Blue then rough highlight with Administratum Grey . Glaze back with Thunderhawk Blue . Glaze highlights with Ulthuan Grey and shadows with Incubi Darkness first, black after. Edge with White Scar .
GOLD NMM: Basecoat XV-88 , shade with Agrax Earthshade . Glaze highlights with Cokum Copper , then Peanut Butter and finally with Ushabti Bone . Glaze shades with Doombull Brown first, 50:50 Doombull Brown and Abaddon Black after. Edge with White Scar
SILVER NMM: basecoat Graphite , highlight with 50:50 Graphite and Nacar . Keep adding Nacar till the pure colour. Shades with Antracitegrey first, Abyssal Blue blue second, then add Decay Black . Edge with White Scar
FLAMING WEAPONS (1): Basecoat Black. Glaze from the base to the middle with Eshin Grey , then Dawnstone , keep glazing with Administratum Grey and finish with and edge of Administratum Grey
FLAMING WEAPONS (2): Glaze khorne red from the middle to the tip of the blade. Then glaze with Troll Slayer Orange , Flash Gitz Yellow , edge with Flash Gitz Yellow then apply an extreme highglight of Dorn Yellow on the very tips.
