Detailed desert bases used for Salamanders

1. Glue on hardscape (rocks, etc.)
2. Apply AK Dry Ground to entire base
3. Apply Agrellan Earth in patches. Thicker application means more cracks
4. Apply watered down PVA to entire base. Sprinkle gravel around large stones. Sprinkle sand around edges of agrellan earth to blend
5. Airbrush Desert Yellow on entire base
6. Airbrush Bone White on agrellan earth patches
7. Paint hardscape ( Hull Red for rocks, Bone White for bones)
8. Apply Agrax Earthshade on everything. Let dry COMPLETELY
9. Drybrush sand and bones with Graveyard Bone
10. Drybrush rocks with Golden Shadow
11. Drybrush bones with White
12. Edge base with Black
13. Apply grass tufts with PVA glue (army Painter Wasteland and Highland, Gamers Grass Beige and Autumn)
14. Attach miniature to base
15. Add pre-painted cacti
