The Eternal Talons are a custom space marine chapter that heavily distrust the inquisition and fight using jump packs like their progenitor chapter. Here is a guide on how to paint these astartes.

  1. Undercoat the model with a dark colour such as Chaos Black

Blue armour

  1. Basecoat the model with Stegadon Scale Green .
  2. Wash the model with some Nuln Oil .
  3. Layer the blue armour with Stegadon Scale Green . Keep the paint away from the recesses.
  4. Drybrush the model with Sotek Green .
  5. Drybrush the model again with a 1:1 mix of Sotek Green and Wraithbone .

Purple armour

  1. Basecoat the left arm and knee pad with Naggaroth Night .
  2. Layer the purple armour with Genestealer Purple . Avoid the recesses and blue armour.
  3. Edge highlight the purple armour with Slaanesh Grey .

Gold armour and details

  1. Basecoat the gold armour and details with Runelord Brass .
  2. Shade the gold with Gore-grunta Fur .
  3. Apply a recess shade of Wyldwood to the gold.
  4. Edge highlight the gold with Stormhost Silver .

Hello :) I have been into the warhammer hobby for over a year and in that time I have painted numerous models from both warhammer 40k, kill team, age of sigmar, and underworlds. I have around 3000 points of blood angels space marines, some beast snagga orks, kraken tyranids, necrons, emperor's children, knights excelsior stormcast eternals, Christmas themed Kruleboyz, some gloomspite gitz, the Blooded, intercession, and Plague marine kill teams and more.
