This is my recipe for painting Epic Imperial Fists infantry and dreadnoughts. I paint everything on the frame with this method and assemble the models afterwards.

1. Basecoat with Wraithbone .
2. Layer with AK Pretorian Yellow spray (AK1055). If it is a bit patchy after the sprays, brush on some Flash Gitz Yellow or Imperial Fist .
3. Wash with thinned Iyanden Yellow .
4. Drybrush highlight with Hexos Palesun .
