Prime

1. Prime with Mephiston Red

Armour

Armour

1. Base the model with a 1:1 mix of Mephiston Red and Evil Sunz Scarlet . Make sure to thin this down and apply a few coats where needed.
2. Black out pieces of armour that will not be red with Abaddon Black
3. With a Khorne Red glaze, shade the lower parts of the armour.
4. Then with a 1:1 mix of Khorne Red and Incubi Darkness , paint into recess and panel lines. You can reapply the armour mix if you go over in any spots.
5. Glaze the Mephiston Red and Evil Sunz Scarlet mix, and blend in the Khorne Red glaze, pushing the brush upwards.
6. Apply a chunky edge highlight of Evil Sunz Scarlet
7. Using Evil Sunz Scarlet again, glaze the higher areas of the armour that are shaded with the Khorne Red glaze.
8. Edge highlight next with Wild Rider Red
9. Focus on the edges of the armour and edge highlight with Fire Dragon Bright
10. Focus Ungor Flesh on the sharpest edges.
11. Lastly, lightly edge highlight with White Scar

Undersuit

1. Add fine edge highlights along all ridges with Dawnstone
2. Highlight selectively with Administratum Grey

Lenses

1. Base coat with Warpstone Glow
2. Highlight with a 1:1 mix of Warpstone Glow / Moot Green .
3. Follow with Moot Green to the lower of the lense.
4. Add White Scar to the Moot Green and add a final highlight
5. Glaze Caliban Green into the upper areas on the lense.
6. And finally, add a White Scar dot to the top.

Weapon

Metal Parts

1. Cover the metal parts of the gun in Leadbelcher
2. Add a shade using Nuln Oil
3. Highlight the metal areas with Stormhost Silver

Casing

1. Highlight the edges of the cases with Eshin Grey
2. Add further edge highlighting with Dawnstone
3. Finally apply Administratum Grey to the very edges

Wraps

1. Cover the area in Zandri Dust
2. Apply a wash of Agrax Earthshade
3. Clean up with Zandri Dust
4. Apply a little Ushabti Bone to the mix and highlight with this.

Parchment

1. Basecoat: Ushabti Bone
2. Shade: Reikland Fleshshade
3. Deep Shade: Rhinox Hide
4. Tidy Up: Ushabti Bone
5. Highlight: Screaming Skull
6. Highlight further with White Scar
7. Freehand Text: Rhinox Hide & Abaddon Black 1:1

Wax Seal

1. Basecoat – Khorne Red & Screamer Pink 1:1
2. Shade – Druchii Violet
3. Highlight – Screamer Pink
4. Highlight – Pink Horror
5. Highlight – Pink Horror & White Scar 1:1

Base

1. Apply any rock and/or skull to the base
2. Spray or paint the entire base Chaos Black / Abaddon Black
3. Using PVA Glue, stick down any dirt you want
4. Using Agrellan Badland and Agrellan Earth apply around the areas of the base that aren't cover in dirt. Feel free to switch between the two
5. With watered down Zandri Dust , basecoat the entire surface of the base.
6. With slightly watered down Rakarth Flesh , basecoat the rocks.
7. Using Reikland Fleshshade paint over the ground areas. Be sure to add some water and randomly thin out while on the ground. You can also use Agrax Earthshade and add patchy areas. Also with Agrax Earthshade use this on the rocks and any skulls.
8. Now drybrush Rakarth Flesh over the rocks.
9. Then add a light drybrush with Pallid Wych Flesh
10. Any skulls, now paint with Ushabti Bone . Be sure to leave any deeper areas on the skulls. Use this to also drybrush the ground area lightly.
11. With Screaming Skull lets highlight the skulls and again lightly drybrush the ground.
