- Prime Zandri Dust
- Basecoats:
- Droid Celestra Grey (I overbrushed it to leave some of the tan colour in recesses), then stipple a few areas with AK Light Green Uniform.
- Duffel bag Dark Brown
- Fur/skin Cygor Brown
- Gun Black Templar
- Shirt Gobi Brown
- Jumpsuit AK Desert Uniform Base - To finish the droid, give it a wash of 4:1 Lahmian Medium : Ratling Grime , then wipe it off the top areas to imply highlights. Scratch the surface up with a Dark Rust AK Weathering Pencil, and dot the eyes with Blood Red or something similar.
- For the Batlike BH, drybrush his fur with Doombull Brown for an easy highlight. Coat his nose/ear membranes with Deep Red , then mix in some Tan Yellow for highlights.
- Also use Tan Yellow to add scratches and highlights to the jumpsuit.
- Use Gobi Brown on the undershirt, then mix in a little Thar Brown for some scratches.
- Drybrush the duffel bag with Mud Brown , then mix in a touch of Thar Brown for highlights.
- Use an AK Buff Weathering Pencil to add marks to the gun/droid parts.
- I tried a few things with the eyes but in the end just painted them pure black with Black Templar
- AK Rough Terrain on base, then Old Rust / Rust weathering powder. Rim with AK Black Playmarker. Eventually, when I get round to it, I'll airbrush the mini with AK Ultra Matte Varnish.
