Apply sand to the base
Prime with XV-88 
Shade with Nuln Oil 
Drybrush with XV-88 
Drybrush with Karak Stone 
Shade with Agrax Earthshade 
Apply patches of grass (or cover the entire base!)
Finish with white lines if you feel the need.
