- Base Black Grey
- drybrush Khorne Red to about half way
- drybrush Evil Sunz Scarlet within the previous layer
- form flames with very gentle strokes of Wild Rider Red . Note that multiple strokes read as different filaments even when they overlap - don't just paint curvy triangles
- fill out with Fire Dragon Bright
- small filaments with Yriel Yellow
- consider glazing as required
- SMALL amounts of Hull Red can be used to reshape the tips of the flames; blends in well with the drybrushed Khorne Red
- rocks with Black Grey
