4. Highlight first with Hoeth Blue
5. Brightest highlight with Fenrisian Grey

Helmet and Shoulders

1. Base with Averland Sunset
2. Light wash with Iyanden Yellow
3. Highlight with Averland Sunset
4. Sharp edge highlight with Dorn Yellow
5. Base eyes with White and then wash with Aethermatic Blue

Spear Blade

1. Base with Corax White or White
2. 2 coats of Aethermatic Blue
3. Highlight with White

Spear Shaft

1. Base with Ushabti Bone
2. Wash with Nuln Oil

Metalwork

1. Base with Stormhost Silver
2. Wash with Nuln Oil
3. Highlight with Stormhost Silver

Gems

1. Base coat with Abaddon Black
2. Paint bottom about 1/3 up with a U shape of Khorne Red
3. Paint a thinner U inside existing shape with Mephiston Red
4. Even thinner U with Light Orange or 1:1 Mephiston Red mixed with White
5. Dot of White in the remaining black area
6. For purple gems, do similar with Naggaroth Night , Xereus Purple and Genestealer Purple

Base

1. Glue sand with watered PVA
2. Paint with Black Legion
3. Dry brush with Corax White
4. Dry brush with Genestealer Purple
5. Paint rim with Mechanicus Standard Grey
