Bandages
- Basecoat with Ushabti Bone .
- Shade recesses with some thinned 1:1 Ushabti Bone and Steel Legion Drab . Go over the whole model and run it between bandages.
- In particuarly deep recesses, enhance the shading with some Steel Legion Drab , with just a touch of Rhinox Hide in there.
- Highlight edges with Screaming Skull , making the highlights a little chunky on more exposed parts.
- Finish with selctive highlights of White . using the chunky highlights from the previous stage as a guide.
Grey Skin
- Basecoat with 1:1 Rakarth Flesh and Administratum Grey .
- Mix some 2:1 Barak-Nar Burgundy and Gorthor Brown , and gradually add it to your base colour for shading.
- Increase the amount of Barak-Nar Burgundy and Gorthor Brown to the mix for deeper recesses.
- Add Wraithbone to your original base colour for highlights.
- Finish with very small highlights of pure Wraithbone .
For the eyes, I simply picked them out with Pallid Wych Flesh , then finished with a dot of White .
Dirty Bandages
- Basecoat with Karak Stone .
- Shade recesses with some thinned Steel Legion Drab . Go over the whole model and run it between bandages.
- In particuarly deep recesses, enhance the shading with some Rhinox Hide
- Highlight with Rakarth Flesh , making the highlights a little chunky on more exposed parts.
- Apply fine highlights with Pallid Wych Flesh , using the chunky highlights from the previous stage as a guide.
- Finsih with selective White highlights.
Green Skin
- Basecoat with 2:1 Ionrach Skin and Screaming Skull .
- Shade with thinned Nurgling Green .
- Mix a little Caliban Green into your Nurgling Green to further define recesses.
- optionally, consider adding a little Rhinox Hide to the above mix, then use a fine line to fully seperate the skin from the bandages.
- Add White to your original base colour for highlights.
- Finish with very small highlights of pure White .
For the eyes, I simply picked them out with Pallid Wych Flesh , then finished with a dot of White .
