  1. Add the colour over black primer, leave the darkest areas black, or for a warmer gold, add a darker brown ( Mahogany Brown ) on the darkest areas.
Base. Cavalry Brown or Indian Shadow
  2. Highlight 1. Ochre Brown
Add the highlights on all the areas you just added Cavalry Brown but leave some. Also highlight edges that are facing the light source.
  3. Glaze. Use thinned down Ochre Brown to glaze from the Cavalry Brown towards the Ochre Brown to tie them together.
  4. Highlight 2. A mix of Ochre Brown and Golden Yellow
Repeat the previous highlight steps, but on the previous colour.

With this mix, do a glaze like before.
  5. Highlight 3. Pure Golden Yellow
Same as the highlights before, remember to always leave an area of the previous paint.
  6. Highlight 4. Golden Yellow and Ice Yellow mixed
Do this mix only on small areas, leaving more of the previous colour, this is the first "final highlight" and one of the brightest points.

    Do a glaze.
  7. Highlight 5. Ivory
Add small points of ivory for the final brightest points.
  8. Shadows: A RED and a YELLOW ink if some brand, mix to a orange and glaze the shadows to get a warmth.
