- Prime Black
- Basecoat all flesh areas in Ulthuan Grey (will require many coats)
- Shade flesh with Nuln Oil
- Re-apply Ulthuan Grey over flesh raised areas
- Neaten carapace with Black
- Add carapace scratches with Mechanicus Standard Grey and Dawnstone
- Start to glaze red extremities, moving from Khorne Red to a smaller area of Mephiston Red
