- Basecoat the armour with Macragge Blue .
- Apply a zenithal highlight with Calgar Blue . If you don't have an airbrush, you can glaze in where the light would hit or skip this step altogether.
- Recess shade with Ultramarine Blue mixed 1:1 with Contrast Medium into all recesses and shadowed areas on the armour.
- Add a chunky edge highlight of Calgar Blue to all gray parts of the armour.
- Highlight everything again, this time with a fine line of Fenrisian Grey .
- Selectively highlight extreme ages and points where highlights meet with small amount of pure Blue Horror .
- Add dot highlights of Ulthuan Grey to the centre of the previous steps highlights and to points.
