I used the 'Jenna, the Ambitious Sorceress' model from Signum Games for this colour scheme. I have always been a fan of the Witcher and the opportunity to paint my own interpretation of Yennefer was too good to turn down. You can get your own copy of 'Jenna' here: https://signumgames.com/store/characters/jenna-the-ambitious-sorceress-dnd-rpg-miniature-collectibles/aff/19/

I started by priming this model with a very dark grey, since most of it will be black eventually.

Green/Blue Feather Cloak

  1. Dreybrush heavily with Stegadon Scale Green .
  2. Mix some Kabalite Green into the Stegadon Scale Green and drybrush more lightly.
  3. My cloak was a little vibrant at this point, so I gave it a wash of Nuln Oil .
  4. Now mix Kabalite Green 1:1 with Sotek Green and highlight the edges of the feathers that have causght colour.
  5. Mix some Dorn Yellow into the mix above, then selectively highlight feather points and promiannt points.
  6. Finally, finish of the tips with dots of Dorn Yellow .

Black Hair

  1. Basecoat with Abaddon Black .
  2. Pick out hair strands with a 1:1 mix of Abaddon Black and Kantor Blue .
  3. Mix some Kabalite Green into the previous mix and selectively highlight curved edges.
  4. Now mix in some Fenrisian Grey and pick out an even smaller area.
  5. Finally, use pure Fenrisian Grey to very selectinly highlight curved edges where the light would hit.

Black Leather

  1. Basecoat with Abaddon Black .
  2. Chunky highlights of Corvus Black .
  3. Fine highlkights of Corvus Black mixed 1:1 with Dawnstone .
  4. Selectively highlight with Dawnstone , leaving space to go smaller.
  5. Highlight an even smaller area with Administratum Grey .
  6. Finally, mix a little White Scar into your Administratum Grey and pick out upward facing areas that would really catch light.

White Sleeves

  1. Basecoat with Corax White .
  2. Coat with Apothecary White .
  3. Pick out raised details with fine lines of White Scar .

Wooden Staff

  1. Basecoat with Steel Legion Drab .
  2. Wash with Agrax Earthshade .
  3. Pick out raised details with Baneblade Brown .
  4. Now apply fine edge highlishts with Karak Stone .
  5. Mix the Karak Stone 1:1 with Wraithbone and selectively highlight curves and prominent points.
  6. Apply specular highlights of Wraithbone where needed.
