Blue Cloth
- Basecoat with Kantor Blue .
- Shade with a thin mix if 1:1 Kantor Blue and Abaddon Black .
- Glaze the majority of the surface with 1:1 Kantor Blue and Caledor Sky . The aim is to cover most of the surface, pulling your brush towards where highlights will be built-up.
- Repeat with pure Caledor Sky , covering a smaller area, within the previous stages highlights.
- Add chunky highlights of Teclis Blue .
- Mix your Teclis Blue 1:1 with Administratum Grey and selectively highlight.
- Finish with very small/specular highlights of Administratum Grey , where needed.
Skin
- Basecoat with Cadian Fleshtone .
- Mix Cadian Fleshtone and Doombull Brown 1:1, then carefully shade the skin. I thinned mine with Lahmian Medium to make it more subtle.
- Further define deep recesses with a small amount of Doombull Brown . I even mixed ina little Abaddon Black to shade the eye sockets.
- Highlight with Kislev Flesh .
- Highlight more selectively with 1:1 Kislev Flesh and White .
- Finish with specular White highlights, in just a few select areas.
For the eyes, I picked out the eyeballs with Ulthuan Grey . Finishing them with a Black dot.
Blonde Hair
- Basecoat with Balor Brown .
- Shade with glazes of XV-88 . There are lots of deep recesses, so you can go quite heavy in most places. Be sure to be gentle round the central part above the face though.
- Shade very deep recesses with a small amount of Doombull Brown .
- Add chunky highlights of Averland Sunset .
- Mix some Averland Sunset 1:1 with Ice Yellow , then add finer highlights.
- Selectively highlight with Ice Yellow .
- Mix some White into your Ice Yellow , then add smaller highlights, within the previous stage.
- Finish with specular White highlights, sticking almost entirely to the spikes of the hair.
White Leather
- Basecoat with 1:2 Celestra Grey and White .
- Shade with thin :Citadel/AdministratumGrey.
- Shade recesses with Dawnstone .
- Definitely deep recesses with fine lines of Mechanicus Standard Grey .

Gold Details
- Basecoat with Retributor Armour .
- Shade with a 1:1 mix of Reikland Fleshshade and Agrax Earthshade . Run it into recesses and glaze towards the darkest parts, rather than doin an all over wash.
- Define deep recesses with fine lines of 1:1 Doombull Brown and Abaddon Black .
- Mix a small amount of Silver RLM01 Metallic into your Retributor Armour and highlight.
- Increase the amount of Silver RLM01 Metallic in the mix, so it is at least 1:1 with the Retributor Armour and add fine highlights on curves and corners.
- Finish with selective highlights of pure Silver RLM01 Metallic , working within the previous stage.
