A selection of Ork skin tones that I wanted to try. These were mostly initially pulled from 'eavy-archive.com', but then tweaked and changed to my tastes. Most of the credit should go to the folk there.
   Ghazghkull Skin
Ghazghkull Skin
- Basecoat with a mix of 2:1 Elysian Green and Waaagh! Flesh
- Thin down some Waaagh! Flesh and add some general shading to the recesses.
- Shade deep recesses with small amounts of thin 2:1 Caliban Green and Rhinox Hide .
- With Elysian Green , begin adding pretty chunky highlights to the skin .
- With Skarsnik Green and Averland Sunset , mixed 4:1, apply smaller, finer highlights.
- Selectively highlight points that would get hit by light with small amounts of Krieg Khaki .
- Mix your Krieg Khaki 1:1 with Corax White and add specular highlights to particularly pointed areas.
Optionally, finish off with a glaze of Kislev Flesh over the bottom lip, knuckles, elbows, ear tips and any areas that you want to add a bit more life. If they need a final specular highlight, I would recommend Screaming Skull .
