Basic recipe for my Cadian 482nd. All started with a black primer.

Armor

1. Base with Mechanicus Standard Grey
2. Wash with Agrax Earthshade
3. Highlight with Dawnstone (I do this only on characters)

Fatigues

1. Base Rakarth Flesh
2. Layer Ushabti Bone (This takes awhile)
3. Wash with Agrax Earthshade

Skin

1. Basecoat Cadian Fleshtone
2. Wash Guilliman Flesh
3. Layer Cadian Fleshtone
4. Highlight with Kislev Flesh :

Metals

Gold -- Base with Retributor Armour followed by a wash with Reikland Fleshshade then relayer Retributor

Metal -- Base with Silver RLM01 Metallic followed by Gunmetal Metallic , I wash with Nuln Oil before highlighting with Gunmetal Metallic again.

Gun Casing

1. Base with Mephiston Red
2. Wash with Nuln Oil
3. Layer up with Mephiston Red
4. Minimal highlights with Wild Rider Red

Leathers

Black Leather -- Base with Corvus Black : wash with Nuln Oil and highlight with Mechanicus Standard Grey

Brown Leather - Base with Mournfang Brown wash with Agrax Earthshade and highlight with Baneblade Brown
