Skin and Scales

1. Prime in Wraithbone
2. 1:1 mix of Frostheart and Contrast Medium Paints chest, face, underside of tail, legs and arms
3. 4:1 mix of Akhelian Green and Contrast Medium cover all the Scales
4. 1:1:1 mix of Akhelian Green and Ultramarine Blue and Contrast Medium cover all scales.
5. Use Stormfiend straight from the pot and apply close to the spine.
6. Drybrush all scales and flesh with Lothern Blue
7. Drybrush the sharper points with Baharroth Blue
8. Thin Blue Horror and use on 'whiter' areas of underside. Spot highlight sharpest areas on scales.
9. Create a Glaze from Frostheart using Contrast Medium . The create shadows using the glaze, also use it to fill baxck in any line shadows covered up in previous steps.

Extra Details

1. Cleanup the Rope, and mouth using Ivory
2. Use Flesh Tearers Red for the rope.
3. Layer with Bloody Red
4. Highlight Hot Orange
5. Dot highlight with Light Orange
6. Use Volupus Pink for the tongue and mouth
7. Highlight tongue and mouth with Fulgrim Pink
8. Use Ivory to highlight the teeth
9. Use Bloodreaver Flesh for Stone parts, like the standard.
10. Use Cygor Brown for any wood, including drum
11. Use Skeleton Horde for drum skin
12. Use :yellow

Shields and Leg Armour

1. Base the Stone in Dawnstone
2. Wash the Stone in Targor Rageshade
3. Use 1:1 mix of Dawnstone and Administratum Grey to fill in the shield, leave recesses with darker colour
4. Use Ulthuan Grey to highlight sharp edges and create scratch marks.
5. Paint metallic parts 1:1 mix of Old Copper and Black Metal
6. Stipple highlight with Old Copper
7. Heavy wash with a a 1:1 mix of Agrax Earthshade and Terradon Turquoise
8. Highlight with Pure Copper
9. Spot highlight with Moonstone Alchemy

Gold Parts

1. Base in Necro Gold
2. Pin wash with a mix of 4:1 Water and Rhinox Hide
3. Highlight with Peridot Alchemy

Spear Head and Swirly Parts

1. Base them in Black
2. Thick edge highlight Dark Reaper
3. Fine edge highlight Russ Grey
