- Continue blocking in the highlights with Baneblade Brown
- Finish blocking in the highlights with Rakarth Flesh
- Stipple over the highlighted areas with a 1:1 mix of Steel Legion Drab + Baneblade Brown
- Focusing on a narrower band of the highlights stipple on Baneblade Brown
- Stipple the shadows with Dryad Bark
- Stipple the deepest shadows with a 1:1 mix of Abaddon Black + Dryad Bark
- If needed further stipple the very darkest shadows with Abaddon Black
- Stipple the highlights with Rakarth Flesh
- Focusing the most extreme and sharpest edges stipple Pallid Wych Flesh on as a highlight
