- Prime all pieces with Matt Black Undercoat
- Heavy drybrush/undercoat with Monster Brown
- Medium drybrush with Skeleton Bone
- Light drybrush with Mummy Robes
- On outer pieces and parts facing the light, straight downward drybrush, very light, with Matt White
- Drybrush metal floors with Gun Metal
- Coat the doors with Kroxigor Scales
- Cover soft tubing with Black Templar
- Golden areas get Golden Armour
- Army crates get a coat of Militarum Green or Flesh Tearers Red ; metallic vats get a coat of Black Templar . Mix these with water.
- Drybrush over everything with Necron Compound
- Varnish with Munitorum Varnish ; I used a leftover can of cheap Krylon varnish
