The aim with this project is to get a decent result, without this army taking an eternity. As such, I will be painting in a pretty different style.
The majority of the model will be covered in the first section, with more attention placed on faces, weapons and other points of interest later. I hope you like how they look.

How I painted my copy of the official 'Warrior Priest' model for the new game 1490 Doom. I looked at a load of artwork for medieval priests and found one I liked. I took those colour choices and applied it to the (admittedly different) equipment of my Warrior Priest. No regrets.

Viking warriors painted in a variety of colors. The main principle is to highlight on a upward fashion. The first highlight is only applied from the waist to the head and the second only in the face, hair and shoulders. Most of the colors are highlighted with a desaturaded version of themselves to get a slight washed out appearance.
The new Kill Team models have a way more involved design that the old artwork, but I have tried to stay as true as possible with mine. I think the additional colours make sense.
