Originally known as the Sons of Ulthunas they turned against the Imperium in favour of Slaanesh during the Ganymethian Betrayal.

This is my take on the Angels of Ecstasy colour scheme featured in the Chaos Space Marines codex form 4th Ed. 40k

The main colours are pale pink and black.

General Information:

My general method is to lay down all the base colours for the model, then do all the shading in the recesses before moving on to the highlights.

I don't own an airbrush so the recipe will mainly consist of Games Workshop spray cans and brush on paints.

Priming:

1. Prime with Mechanicus Standard Grey

Pink (Armour Panels)

1. Base with Rakarth Flesh
2. Shade in the recesses with Carroburg Crimson mixed 1:1 with Lahmian Medium
3. Highlight the edges with Pallid Wych Flesh

Black (Armour Trim)

1. Base with Abaddon Black
2. Highlight the edges with Eshin Grey
3. Highlight fine points with Dawnstone

Grey (Armour Ribbing)

1. Base with Mechanicus Standard Grey
2. Shade in the recesses with Nuln Oil
3. Highlight the edges with Dawnstone

Silver (Details)

1. Base with Leadbelcher
2. Shade the recesses with Nuln Oil
3. Highlight the edges with Stormhost Silver

Gold (Details)

1. Base with Retributor Armour
2. Shade in the recesses with Agrax Earthshade
3. Highlight the edges with Stormhost Silver

Green (Cloth)

1. Base with Incubi Darkness
2. Shade in the recesses with Nuln Oil
3. Highlight the edges with Kabalite Green
4. Highlight fine points with Sybarite Green

Blue (Lenses)

1. Base with Sotek Green
2. Shade in the recesses with Drakenhof Nightshade
3. Layer in the middle with Temple Guard Blue
4. Highlight with Baharroth Blue
5. Highlight with fine points of Baharroth Blue mixed 1:1 with White Scar

Brown (Leather)

1. Base with Rhinox Hide
2. Shade in the recesses with Agrax Earthshade
3. Highlight the edges with Skrag Brown
4. Add a finer highlight of Ushabti Bone

Horns

1. Base with Rakarth Flesh
2. Layer Skrag Brown towards the upper two-thirds
3. Layer Abaddon Black on the upper third
4. Shade over with Agrax Earthshade
5. Highlight with Screaming Skull
